Update 1st October 2020: Our courier delivery network is being disrupted by Covid-19. Their social distance policy is reducing their capacity but they're working hard to get services up and running. Due to this some customers are reporting their deliveries are arriving late.
We're open, we're taking orders and we're still making deliveries.
While your trucks are on the road working overtime delivering food, medicine and essential supplies, it's important we try to keep business as usual. We know it's not really business as usual but getting truck parts shouldn't be something you need to worry about. So, you can rely on us to get you what you need.
We have a warehouse full of parts (and more on the way) and as long as couriers keep delivering there's no reason we won't carry on (even if it means Rob needs to come in at 5am to pack the orders on his own!)

How we're keeping Bison Parts safe
The safety of the people that work at Bison Parts is our number one priority (everyone says that, but we mean it! They're family mostly...). We're keeping a close eye on government guidelines and making changes quickly as we need to.
We've asked everyone that can do their job from home to do so. And we've increased the number of warehouse shifts to allow people to work at a safe distance from each other and still pick and pack orders.
We'll keep you up to date with any changes of service, but for now, stay safe!
